Transmark Company, manager of Broadridge Plaza, LLC, acquired
Broadridge Plaza, a 10 acre, 6 building, 79,545 square foot
neighborhood shopping center located in Littleton, Colorado. The
property is located at the intersection of South Broadway Boulevard
and Ridge Road. The property is currently 90.85 percent occupied
with fifteen tenants.
"We are excited to acquire this infill retail center in a
mature, stable trade area with high incomes, an educated populace,
good traffic and access." said Steve Scannell with Transmark
Company. The shopping center is in close proximity to established
residential neighborhoods, dense businesses ranging from
healthcare, professional businesses and automotive dealers.
Scannell continues, "The people who live and work in the area are
active and outdoors oriented. On any one of our many beautiful days
you will see people walking, running, biking, riding horses, and
recreating along the highline canal which is adjacent to the
shopping center. Broadway is a bustling street, a little
discombobulated and fragmented, but with the canal, and the
surrounding neighborhood this integrated shopping center, with a
little love, has the potential to be an oasis."

for over ten years, thriving on providing the surrounding
neighborhood with quality services. Transmark intends to make
improvements to common areas as well as to the exteriors of the

experienced, high quality, neighborhood service oriented
