Realtor association moves to new headquarters

Nearly a year after it was announced, the South Metro Denver Realtor Association is officially ready to move to its new headquarters.

The association will close for the move Thursday and Friday, Aug. 29-30, and will be open for business in its new location on Tuesday, Sept. 3. The association had previously been located at 7899 S. Lincoln Court, Littleton.

The association announced in September 2018 that it was moving to a new location near the intersection of Arapahoe Road and Peoria Street in Centennial. Renovations on the new site began at the beginning of the year. The address is 6436 S. Racine Circle, Centennial.
