Rice is accessible to his constituents

As one of Joe Rice's constituents, I'm writing to encourage people to join me in voting for Joe this fall. It's refreshing to find someone who represents integrity as well as people in House District 38.

Occasionally, someone disagrees with Joe. What's good about this is that he is always accessible to anyone who wants to talk with him. You can call or write him, ask him about his point of view, have a decent conversation, and know he listens to your views.

When I vote for someone in my government, I want someone I can talk to — someone who listens. Joe Rice is that person.
