Bullion, a 10-year-old French bulldog, is decked out for his vow renewal Sept. 12 during a mass dog wedding at Aspen Grove. Bullion won best dressed groom and his partner Brie won best dressed bride. The furry couple owned by Marleen Puzak was also accompanied by Beignet, a bridesmaid.
