Nutrition Classes. South Denver Heart Center offers free cooking
and nutrition classes every Monday throughout February. Dr. Richard
Collins, “The Cooking Cardiologist,” along with Susan Buckley, RD

Public Hearing. Arapahoe County will have a public hearing on
the 2011 Action Plan is at 9:30 a.m., March 1 at the Arapahoe
County Administration Building, and the Board of County
Commissioners will approve the plan at the meeting. The 2011 Action
Plan will be available online for public review at www.co.arapahoe.co.us. To

Family Caregiver Support Group at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic

OLLI South Open House will be from 9:30-11:30 a.m. March 7 at
Valley View Christian Church. Come meet the facilitators and other
students to have questions answered, look over the Spring term
class offerings and register for classes of your choice.
Registration forms for OLLI-South spring term March 28 through May
20 are also available on-line and will be opened randomly and
processed together. Students will be accepted on a first come-first
served basis and availability of space for each class. The course

Membership meeting of the Mount Rosa Chapter of the DAR will be
