Nutrition Classes. South Denver Heart Center offers free cooking and nutrition classes every Monday throughout February. Dr. Richard Collins, “The Cooking Cardiologist,” along with Susan Buckley, RD will share their expertise on nutrition and cooking solutions. Public Hearing. Arapahoe County will have a public hearing on the 2011 Action Plan is at 9:30 a.m., March 1 at the Arapahoe County Administration Building, and the Board of County Commissioners will approve the plan at the meeting. OLLI South Open House will be from 9:30-11:30 a.m. March 7 at Valley View Christian Church. Come meet the facilitators and other students to have questions answered, look over the Spring term class offerings and register for classes of your choice.
