On Saturday, Sept. 28, the City of Englewood will be hosting the third annual Englewood Block Party from 3 - 9 p.m. The city will close the 3400 block of South Broadway to allow space for live music and a variety of family-friendly entertainment, but businesses will remain open to the public.
The Englewood Block Party was created to provide a vehicle to support local businesses in Englewood and provide its residents with a signature event where the community could come together and enjoy a day of free fun and entertainment.
The 2019 block party will have vendor booths and a stacked and diverse lineup of talented local artists playing live music throughout the evening. There will also be a host of popular food trucks onsite for guests to enjoy local fare as well as Breckenridge Brewery beer.
The Museum of Outdoor Arts will be showcasing their portable cinema, and there be a wide selection of other games and activities for all ages.
