Meet Australian Ambassador for World Kindness Movement on June 13

Posted by Fresh Fields

CASTLE ROCK, CO - From Sydney, Australia, Michael Lloyd-White comes to Douglas County as Chief Advisor to the World Kindness Movement USA, a platform for national collaboration, designed to encourage and support all sectors of our communities to engage in the global campaign for a kinder world. Michael engages participants in thought provoking conversations and challenges preconceived ideas of kindness, leaving you with the belief that a kinder world will be realized in our lifetime.

As Chief Engagement Officer, Lloyd-White inspires member nations and leaders of the World Kindness Project, an international platform for collaboration based on a foundation of kindness. Organizations with global influence are having conversations in kindness by creating a purpose greater than the bottom line.

Don't miss this unique event on June 13, 7:30-9:00 a.m. at the P.S. Miller Library in Castle Rock. The event is free, and a light breakfast will be served.

An RSVP is required at commrelintern@highlandsranch.org. For questions, call 720-440-3726.

Presented by Leadership Douglas County (LDC), a program of the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce, LDC prepares experienced and emerging leaders for service in Douglas County, while enhancing their leadership skills. The program creates an expectation of servant leadership and builds in real opportunities for community impact through a monthly, day-long program.
