Heritage Eagles spread their wings

They excelled in the classroom, on stage, in the field and in print. And on Wednesday, May 22, Heritage High School’s Class of 2013 spread their wings into the future.

More than 450 students received their diplomas during the school’s 40th annual commencement exercises held at Littleton Public Schools Stadium. The school, located in Littleton, ranks among U.S. News and World Report’s best high schools, based on state proficiency standards. The Eagles also got a nod from the Washington Post as one of the nation’s most challenging high schools, which includes about 1,900 public and private schools from across the country.
